About

Physio Care Perth

Our Mission

At Physio Care Perth our mission is to support the wellbeing, independence, and quality of life of every person we work with through compassionate, person-centered physiotherapy. We believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality care that respects their individuality, values their goals, and supports their ability to live as independently and confidently as possible.

We are committed to delivering services with genuine empathy, kindness, and respect, taking the time to listen and understand each client’s unique circumstances, challenges, and aspirations. By building trusting relationships and working alongside clients, families, and carers, we ensure therapy is meaningful, collaborative, and aligned with what matters most.

Excellence underpins everything we do. Our clinicians provide evidence-based, high-quality physiotherapy tailored to each individual, delivered in environments that support real-life function and lasting outcomes. Through professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement, we strive to deliver a consistently high standard of care that empowers clients, promotes independence, and enhances overall wellbeing across all stages of life.

Meet Caoimhe.

Empathetic. Driven. Supportive. Passionate.

Caoimhe (pronounced “Kwee-vah”) is an Irish Chartered Physiotherapist, AHPRA registered and a proud member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).

At Physio Care Perth, her goal is simple: to provide support and empowerment that enables you to maximise your potential. She believes everyone deserves the opportunity to live with greater independence, confidence, and participation in their community, regardless of physical or neurological challenges.

She brings a warm, person-centered approach to care, shaped by both her professional training and lived experience. Her approach is goal-oriented, collaborative, and entirely client-focused. Physiotherapy goals are always guided by client aspirations, and what matters most to them in their daily life. You are at the centre of every intervention. She places a strong emphasis on building confidence, autonomy, and functional independence through practical, meaningful physiotherapy that translates into real-world outcomes. She is committed to evidence-based practice, ethical care, and maintaining the highest professional standards, while delivering services in a way that is respectful, compassionate, and empowering.

Caoimhe graduated from the University of Limerick in Ireland, and has extensive experience working with clients in the musculoskeletal and disability fields. Additional trainings include Pilates, mindfulness, mental health first aid, and cognitive behavioural therapy. This allows her to take a holistic view of health, recognising the close connection between physical function, mental wellbeing, and overall quality of life.

She is passionate about strength training for all ages, and ran a successful ‘Strength Training for Over 55’s’ class while working in Ireland. Caoimhe incorporates a holistic approach to her treatment sessions, including hands-on therapies, exercise prescription, education and mindfulness/mental wellbeing strategies. She is focused on the ‘bigger picture’ when it comes to physiotherapy interventions, and improving her client’s overall wellbeing and function day-to-day is the cornerstone of her treatments.

When she's not supporting clients, Caoimhe enjoys spending her time with friends and family, reading, and keeping active through running, strength training and Gaelic Football.

Caoimhe competed at the highest level of Ladies Gaelic Football in Ireland, where she developed a strong work ethic, discipline, and resilience. Through her own experiences with sports-related injuries, she has gained a genuine understanding of reduced mobility and temporary loss of independence, allowing her to relate to clients with empathy and insight.

We'd love to work with you.
